Well, like everybody else says in the comments: it's cool. You already wanted to change the menu item's fonts, so that's gonna get better.
Still, may I give you a tip?
For the lightrays, try drawing the outer lines for the lightrays from the middle of the sun, to the edge of the building. That way, all the light rays are coming from the sun; now they look quite random.
