but yeah, have you tried using techniques in photoshop to reduce the noise? i mean, you're a photoshop buff. >.< may as well delve into photo retouching if you have the need right haha
I think I overdid it in the middle using a tiny little blur brush... but oh well! I was just screwing around to see what parts of it were easy to enhance.
To be honest, noise either doesn't show up in a print or makes the print look slightly better usually anyway though. You ever considered printing this photo? It's a really interesting shot.
